Our Sales Dealership star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by MINI UK over the last 90 days of new car sales transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online. Customers are contacted 5 days after their new car is registered and asked for their feedback.
