Car had a fault recored on the dash on the day of pick up Delayed pick up till the following working day after the weekend
We've had 3 x minis and the servicing etc has always been good
Please refer to the email I sent yourselves on 26/03/19 which I've yet to receive a response.
Car wash was a nice benefit

The saleswoman was fantastic. The mini show room was rather dongy and depressing somewhat scruffy and not a grrat advert for the car

This is the 4th mini purchased from this centre & have always had fantastic customer service. It was proved to me even more the day I picked up my new car I damaged the wheel & alloy. They repaired within a couple of hours & we're absolutely amazing.
This visit booked in for a service states on the invoice a free clean outside and inside footwell not done at all as mud in drivers footwell left from me dropping it off outside was very dirty, no entry in service log book so now have to go back
job was well done and car came back OK and clean.

I have booked my service through Chelmsford Cooper mini website and selected required service and was given a quote of £181 and then also selected a time slot. I was surprised when I was told on the day that they cannot honour that quote!
The sales people were very accommodating at all times and they went the extra mile to meet all our requirements and our budget, so that it was possible to make our new purchase.
See above. I will not be buying or servicing BMW or Mini at Chelmsford again and I intend to report this experience to Head Office and Inchcape.

I was told that although the car was indicating a service was required it actually wasn't which even though challenged on booking was told should be brought in. Then when brought in was told it didn't really need to be!!! Thought the car was supposed

They said they would valet the car inside and out but wasn't done otherwise would have had top marks
At times during my Enquiry about changing my Mini I felt pressured by the sales team to do the deal there & then & I was told that the deal was only available for that day only. In fact, the deal I got was the very first one offered months later!

The same as my first answer excellent service , I would say it has improved since I bought my car six years ago.
Up until collection I was very satisfied with the service, however, on collection day there were a couple of minor things missing from the car that was a disappointment.

We choose the one we wanted, we bought it, it was constructed, it was delivered to the showroom and we drove it away - what more could anyone want!
I was left without a loan car and three times I went back to mini and every time after leaving my car there, I had to walk home. I had no customer service at all.
If repair hadn't been completed satisfactorily it would have been lower. See above.
