As per my first answer. The fact I was told the mini service manager would call me and I am still waiting for that call says it all.
Work was done on Mini but it should not have been faulty in the first place. Was on the way into work when the car's gearbox went so had to miss a day of work and as I'm self employed that would have been around £150 for that day
No issues with service on the day. 2-3 week wait for a loan car made booking difficult as had to wait for 3 hours. Also one of issues found 18 months after car purchase was concerning given how new car is. Everything else was fine though.
Everything was completed perfectly and on time
I was told that a service engineer whould contact me no one did and thats not the first time
Didn't solve the problem, very slow, appalling communication and extremely poor customer service.
As the car was returned dirty and the service light is still illuminating, plus the hire car had all sorts of warning lights and clearly needed a service, I wonder what attention they actually did give my car? Was it actually serviced?

I would have appreciated a chance to go through the accessories more carefully. As having taken delivery of the car, I sorely miss the parking sensors and reverse camera, which were standard on my previous car.

Very helpful attitude of all staff.
Took my car in for a safety recall. The car was ready within the timescale promised. Communication was good and I got my car back cleaned and valeted.

The customer service for the servicing was extremely poor. The assistant Olivia told me she would ring me when the service was complete and didnt and then when I asked if the service went ok she said yes,without pointing out that there was a problem

You lost out on a top score as there were no drinks offered I had petrol of 13 miles in the car I picked up for the day although I was compensated when I returned
I must say if I have a problem they will fit me in right away
Car drop off - 30 mins wait just to hand over keys, being ignored during the wait was not good, but the actual service , the pick up , car clean all first class thank you
Very satisfied overall big: Yasmin did not know all of the features on the car. I asked her if the car had a couple of features, she said no but I found out myself that it did. Also my wing mirror was cracked upon collection but was fixed within 2 wk

Although the computer system was not working when I arrived at 08.00, the team checked me in manually and my car was still completed within 2 hours

Well, I havent got my new car yet, as the wrong colour was ordered. Obviously it was extremely disappointing, but a new car was ordered immediately. I know I am ultimately getting a better car, but initially no apology was forthcoming.

the report showed the wrong information in the header i.e.. wrong mileage, wrong service detail... was told 'system' couldn't correct this.
Cooper Chelmsford carried out what was required on the day of the service and kept me informed of both that and of any advisory work in the future.
